Never roasted a whole chicken before? No biggie! All you need is a Dutch Oven, and a some basics you're sure to have around the house.
A rub of olive oil and some kosher salt is really all you need to make your bird a winner. But! If you want to take it just a bit further, you can stuff the chicken with halved lemons and some garlic cloves and add some chopped herbs to your olive oil.
Throw the lid on the roasting pan and slide into a preheated 350 degree oven and roast for 60-75 minutes (or until juices run clear when sliced into)
