Mustard Seed Gouda
The addition of mustard seeds accentuates the natural tanginess of the gouda and provides some texture to an otherwise creamy cheese. Pair this cheese with acidic wines and foods to bring out the mustard seed spice. We recommend Burga'ns Albarino.
The nose of this wine gives off tropical and stone fruit and it tastes of tart citrus, lime and green apple. It finishes with a peppery spice with blends well with the Mustard Seed Gouda.
